LEARNING TO USE YOUR VOICE
It gives young people the confidence to be heard.
In its International Youth Day 2021 feature, Girls’ Education South Sudan highlighted Grace, then a Senior Four learner at Juba Academy, and her use of poetry to speak about education and issues affecting young people.
Her story is a reminder of the possibilities that grow when learners have the opportunity to stay in school and develop their voice.
